The Oregon State football team was playing a brand new home this week and it was playing in the new home of its biggest fan base.

Oregon State quarterback Aaron Murray is the latest player to be named Pac-10 Offensive Player of the Week.

The Huskies had won four straight games and their lone loss came at Stanford on Saturday.

Murray completed 26-of-42 passes for 378 yards and three touchdowns, including a 27-yard touchdown pass to Devin Jones in the second quarter.

Oregon was favored by 12.5 points in a Pac-8 semifinal against Oregon State and has won two of three matchups with the Ducks.

The Huskies, who are 8-1 overall and 6-2 in the Pac-6, opened the season by winning two straight.

Murray finished the game with 17 yards on three attempts.

The other Pac-16 teams that have won at least three games in the past two weeks are: Oregon State (4-1), Oregon (4.5-1) and Stanford (2-2).
